PowerGrade 3D is a 3D machine control system for dozers and graders manufactured by Leica Geosystems AG. It shares many components with Leica's other product line, PowerDigger 3D.

Leica has chosen to offer only single-antenna solutions in PowerGrade 3D, relying on a grader solution that includes slope and rotation sensors. (See: Single vs dual-antenna)

In 2010, Leica became the 2nd manufacturer to offer a machine control system utilizing an inertial measurement unit (IMU). Branded as SP technology, it is marketed as a drop-in upgrade to the PowerGrade 3D system for dozers.

PowerGrade and PowerDigger are the only 3D machine control product lines on the market that offer a control unit docking station.

Through acquisitions, Leica's 3D machine control systems include technology from companies like AGL, Agatec, Mikrofyn, SBG and NovAtel among others.

Leica Geosystems AG is headquartered in Heerbrugg, Switzerland and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hexagon AB, Sweden.
